Recipe Ingredients for Cheater Pot Pie

26 oz cream of chicken soup
1 c skim milk
16 oz frozen mixed vegetables
1 1/2 lbs of chicken breast, poached and chopped
8 biscuits (1 can) Pillsbury biscuits

Recipe Directions for Cheater Pot Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Poach and chop the chicken breast.

  3. Mix soup, milk and mixed vegetables in a saucepan and heat until vegetables are tender.

  4. Spray pie pan with Pam and mix chicken and soup mixture together into pan.

  5. Peel uncooked biscuits into layers and lay onto the top of the soup mixture.

  6. Bake 15 min or until biscuits are golden brown. Let the pot pie rest another 15 min before eating.
