13 oz Cabbage (shredded)
8 1/10 oz Tomato, diced
1 1/2 cups brown rice
21 1/2 oz ground turkey
11 7/20 oz onion
8 oz ham, diced
28 oz canned tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp pepper
1 chili pepper, diced

  2. Sautee cabbage, onion, ham, chili pepper and diced tomato in olive oil
