Recipe Ingredients for Chckpea meatless loaf

100 g chickpeas
1 red pepper
1 Chili pepper
2 eggs
1 red onion
1 tbls olive oil

Recipe Directions for Chckpea meatless loaf

  1. Drain chickpeas and Blend in blender.

  2. Roast peppers and dice finely. Add to chickpeas with the olive oil and finely diced oinion.

  3. Beat eggs and stir into the mixture as long with any herbs you like

  4. Bake for 40 minutes at 160 degrees centigrade.

  5. for a few extra calories slice into 8's and gently fry before serving
