1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup lentil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup squash

Recipe Directions for Chayote Squash

  1. cook rice

  2. cook lentil

  3. chop vegetable

  4. boil vegetable with salt

  5. add cooked lentil

  6. season with ground pepper, cumin seeds and olive oil

  7. mix with rice
