Recipe Ingredients for Chayote Picadillo

4 cup pieces Chayote Squash
1.5 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.25 serving Lactaid Calcium Enriched Fat Free Milk

Recipe Directions for Chayote Picadillo

Chop chayote. Microwave 1 minute in milk. Add chopped pepper, corn and black beans. Microwave 1 minute. Serve hot or cold.
