6 lbs chayote
1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 cup onion, chopped
3 clove garlic
3 ounces provolone

Recipe Directions for Chayote w/ ground beef

  1. boil 6 whole chayote until tender

  2. cook ground beef with all seasonings

  3. add slice of cheese on top

  4. bake at 400 until cheese is melted
