Recipe Ingredients for Charquicán

2/5 kg of beef
2 cups of Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 1/2 kg potatoes
4 tbsp of Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp of Oregano
3 cups of Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 Onion
1 cup of vegetable Soup

Recipe Directions for Charquicán

  1. Cook potatoes, corn and squash in a pot on low flame.

  2. Chop the onion in small cubes and mix it with the meat. Cook it with the soup on low flame.

  3. Add it the rest of the ingredients (peppers, oregano, salt).

  4. Cut the cooked potatoes and squash in cubes and mix with the meat. Enjoy it!
