Recipe Ingredients for Charoset

6 large apples, chopped
1 cup dried currants
1 tsp cinnamon
2 oz kosher sweet wine,
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe Directions for Charoset

  1. Peel and core the apples [Granny Smiths are the best], chop fine in a food processor.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir thoroughly.

  3. Refrigerate in an air-tight container until ready to serve.
