2 cups chicken stock, Swanson
11 long green chili peppers
2 cloves of garlic
11 1/2 oz V8
1 t ground oregano
1 t ground cumin
2 jalapeno peppers
1 T molasses,
1/2 large onion

  1. cut up the green chilies and throw in a blender

  2. whip it up

  3. put it in a pan and simmer for 15 min

  4. then it's ready to pour over you enchaladas

  5. don't eat too fast, remember what your mother told you.
