Recipe Ingredients for Chard Wontons

8 oz Chard, Swiss
4 oz Mushrooms
4 tbsp chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
2 serving Rice Wine Vinegar
1 serving Pure Sesame Seed Oil
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
20 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton Wrappers

Recipe Directions for Chard Wontons

cook chard, mushrooms, onions, and garlic in 1 tsp of vegetable oil. Remove from pan and toss with rice wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, and soy sauce. Place in center of wonton wrappers and fold like a wonton. Heat remainder of oil in a skillet and place the wontons in the oil until golden brown. Add 1/2 cup water and cover until heated through, then remove the lid and continue cooking until the wontons are crispy and little liquid remains.
