250 25 shells large shells
32 oz part skim ricotta
250 1 bunch chard
1 egg
6 garlic cloves

Recipe Directions for chard and ricotta stuffed shells with garlic!

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. bring pot of water to boil

  3. prepare shells according to package directions

  4. make a chiffonade of the swiss chard

  5. mix with ricotta, egg, garlic (pressed)

  6. stuff shells with filling

  7. line small baking dish with shells, top with sauce (not included)

  8. bake covered with foil for 30 mins, uncover and bake another 5 minutes
