Recipe Ingredients for Chard and potato au gratin (kind of)

5 small potatoes
1 c nonfat yogurt
1 c vegetable broth
2 tbs flour
1 tbs canola oil
5 c chard
14 oz white beans
1 tbs garlic
1 small onion

Recipe Directions for Chard and potato au gratin (kind of)

  1. Heat the oil

  2. Saute the garlic and onion until translucent

  3. Add the flour and cook 1 min

  4. Add vegetable broth and cook until thick

  5. Remove from heat and stir in yogurt

  6. Slice potatoes, chop chard

  7. Mix potatoes, chard and beans in a casserole dish

  8. Pour sauce over mixture

  9. Bake at 350F for 1h
