Recipe Ingredients for chard and collard greens

6 cups chard
6 cups collard
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic
1 cup of green bell pepper
1 cup of yellow bell pepper
1 cup of red bell pepper
4 cups of fresh tomatoes

Recipe Directions for chard and collard greens

  1. wash greens thoroughly

  2. saute all veggies with olive oil

  3. add greens

  4. cook until tender

  5. add tomatoes until tender
