Recipe Ingredients for Charbroiled Chicken Salad (Eddie's)

2 cups lettuce
1 oz shredded cheddar
1 breast grilled chicken
1/2 tomato
1 hardboiled egg
1/2 cup cucumbers
2 tbsp french dressing

Recipe Directions for Charbroiled Chicken Salad (Eddie's)

  1. Hardboil one egg.

  2. Grill one breast of chicken

  3. Slice up the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and egg and place in a bowl.

  4. Cut the chicken into strips and place on top of the salad.

  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the whole thing.
