Recipe Ingredients for Char Siu

500 g Pork, Fresh, Shoulder, Whole
2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp wine
1/2 tsp allspice (use 5-spice!)
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 oz dark soy sauce (1 tbsp)
1 tbsp honey or maltose
1 tbsp oil
