Recipe Ingredients for Char Siu Pulled Pork (Crockpot)

2 1/2 lbs pork butt
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Asian Glaze & Marinade
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
6 cloves garlic, grated
3 tbsp red pepper flakes (or to taste)

Recipe Directions for Char Siu Pulled Pork (Crockpot)

  1. Rub red pepper flakes into meat (amt to taste). Set in crock pot.

  2. Add liquid ingredients together and mix well. Pour over pork butt.

  3. Grate garlic over the meat.

  4. Turn crockpot on low 8 hrs. Recipe is improved if you pour some of the sauce over the meat 2-3 times during cooking,
