chapitis with black bean/tomato dip

Recipe Ingredients for chapitis

1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Black Beans, Organic
2 serving Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned

Recipe Directions for chapitis

mix flour with half cup water and olive oil. Knead and let sit for an hour. Put back beans and tomatoes in sauce pan. Add spices to taste and bring to boil. Meanwhile heat frying pan. Divide dough in half and flatten with hands into large thin circle. Use finger to poke hole in center. Cook in frying pan on both side until edges begin to turn brown.
