Whole wheat flat bread indian style

Recipe Ingredients for Chapathi

1/4 cup Rogers No Additive Whole Wheat Flour
1 dash Salt, Table
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame

Recipe Directions for Chapathi

  1. Mix Wheat flour with a dash of salt and water to make a dough ( like a pizza dough).

  2. Knead the dough till smooth consistency. Add the oil and knead for a few more minutes. Oil is optional

  3. Leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

  4. Take a lemon sized ball and spread it in a circular shape to about 1/2 mm thickness.

  5. Bake on a non stick pan for a minute or 2. Turn it a couple of times for even cooking. No oil is required during baking.

  6. Serve it with dhal or curry
