1 cup chickpeas
1 tomato
1/2 onion
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 cups white mushrooms

  2. Add rest of ingredients & simmer for about 15 minutes
