Delicious indian flavored chickpea dish

Recipe Ingredients for Chana Masala

2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion
1 c celery
3 c Chickpeas (Garbanzos)
32 oz tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Chana Masala

Sautee the onion in the olive oil. After 5 mins, add some indian spices (curry powder, cumin, tumeric) and sautee an additional minute. Add the chikpeas and celery. Cook for 30 seconds, stiring to coat with spices. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 30 mins.
