Recipe Ingredients for chana chhole masala

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1.75 cup Chick Peas
0.875 cup Tomatoes
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Mustard
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for chana chhole masala

  1. Fry onions

  2. Add ginger garlic paste and masalas and fry

  3. Add tomatoes, coriander and fry

  4. Add chick peas, fry a bit, add chick pea (or normal) water and cook
