A yummy sausage/egg breakfast, not low cal food!

Recipe Ingredients for Champagne Breakfast

2 1/2 cups seasoned croutons
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lb pork sausage, Jimmy Dean
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups skim milk
3/4 tsp dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Champagne Breakfast

  1. The night before serving...

  2. Place croutons in greased 9x13 pan. Place cheese on croutons. Fry sausage, drain and place on cheese. Beat eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups milk. Pour over meat and refrigerate until morning.

  3. In the morning, mix 1/2 cup milk and cream of mushroom soup in container and pour over top of pan.

  4. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
