A simple, mild-flavored soup to complement a strongly-flavored main course. Adapted from a Stash tea box. Makes 2 one-cup servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Chamomile Soup

2 cup (8 fl oz) Tea, Herb, Chamomile, Brewed
100 grams Carrots
0.5 large Onions
100 grams Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Chamomile Soup

  1. Steep ~10 bags of chamomile tea in ~2 cups of water.

  2. Slice veggies.

  3. When tea is well-steeped, add veggies and bring to a boil. Serve when veggies are cooked to prefered consistency.

  4. Garnish with parmesan cheese if desired.
