Recipe Ingredients for Chamomile Cauliflower Soup

2 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower
0.5 onion Yellow Onion
42 3/5 grams Butter
6 tea bag Chamomile
4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery

Recipe Directions for Chamomile Cauliflower Soup

Boil 6 cups of water and then add 12 Celestial Seasonings chamomile tea bags. Steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add two heads of Cauliflower cut into about 2" pieces. Simmer for 15 minutes in tea. Saute celery and onion in a pan with butter. Blend all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste.
