Spicy pork and beans served over tortilla chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Chalupas

3 lb Pork Roast
1 lb pinto beans
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1/2 c green chilies, diced
1 tbsp salt

Recipe Directions for Chalupas

  1. Soak beans overnight.

  2. Put all in crockpot and cover with water. Simmer on high 6-8 hours. Add water as needed. Shred meat at end.

  5. Salsa

  6. Shredded Cheese

  7. Sour cream

  8. Shredded lettuce

  9. Chopped tomatos

  10. Chopped avacados
