Corn tortilla with beans, meat, lettuce, etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Chalupa

1 corn tortilla
3 oz lean ground beef
2 tbsp fat free refried beans
1/2 c chopped lettuce
1 tbsp salsa
2 oz grated low fat cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp low fat sour cream

Recipe Directions for Chalupa

  1. Separate corn tortillas and lay on baking sheet

  2. Spray with canola oil

  3. Bake @ 350 or so for about 5-6 min till crispy

  4. Spread beans on tortilla

  5. Spread meat (season w/taco seasoning)

  6. add lettuce, cheese, salsa & sour cream if desired
