2 cups skim milk
0.33 c Domino Premium Pure Cane Sugar
1/2 c Domino Light Brown Sugar
1/2 c Organics Applesauce
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 Eggs
0.33 c egg white
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
10 oz apple
1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Challah Bread Pudding Lowfat

  1. Cut up the challah into cubes

  2. Peel and slice 2 small apples, toss into bread

  3. Melt the butter

  4. Beat wet ingredients together

  5. Pour the custard and press to distribute

  6. Let sit for 15 minutes while the oven heats to 355

  7. Lightly cover with foil, bake for 55 mins
