Recipe Ingredients for Chai Tea Mix


Chai Tea Mix:
1/2 cup powdered creamer (84851)
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
15 teaspoons instant black tea (14366) (or pekoe)

To reconstitute full mix OR accurately log one serving:
15 cups water
22 1/2 tsp honey

Recipe Directions for Chai Tea Mix

  1. Combine all dry ingredients together and store in a tightly sealed container.

  2. Combine 1 1/4 tsp (or to taste) Chai Tea Mix with 1 cup boiling water and 1 1/2 tsp honey; allow to steep for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Cook's Note: The Chai Tea mixture will dissolve much better when vigorously stirred into hot water.
