Amy's Chai Tea Latte (an alternative to *bucks) I normally make this for 3 people & my DD actually takes most of the milk, so I probably only have about 1/4 cup of milk altogether, so I don't think it's 65 cals, probably only 50 cals ...but way better than the 200 cals at "you know where".

Recipe Ingredients for Chai Tea Latte a la Amy (an alternative to *bucks)

1 teabag Spiced Chai Flavored Black Tea
0.33 cup 2% milk (cup)
1/2 tbsp 35% (15 g) cream (tbsp)
1 tsp organic sugar (tsp)

Recipe Directions for Chai Tea Latte a la Amy (an alternative to *bucks)

  1. Brew 1 cup of chai tea in boiling water.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon of organic sugar.

  3. Steam milk, I use my latte machine (if you get more air in the steam, it'll froth nicely).

  4. That's it.

  5. My DD loves *bucks chai tea latte & she says this recipe tastes just like it.
