Recipe Ingredients for Chai

3 tablespoons black tea
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cardamom
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/4 oz ginger
1/4 teaspoon fennel
2 tablespoons sugar

Recipe Directions for Chai

Place water, tea, cardamom, cloves, ginger, and fennel in water and bring to a boil. Add milk. Pour into cup (may need to use a strainer) and add sugar.
