Delicious white bean chili. Cha Cha says: 'It's kinda spicy, so watch out!' Substitute mild green chiles for the jalapenos if you're scared! Use more chicken and cheese as desired. Altered for low cal content.

Recipe Ingredients for Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili by x17star17x

3 cloves garlic
8 ounce can Diced Green Chilies
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
32 ounce chicken broth
8 ounce chicken breast
15 ounce cans white beans
1 teaspoon onion powder

Recipe Directions for Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili by x17star17x

  1. 1. In a sauce pan, add in the garlic, green chile peppers, cumin, oregano and cayenne. Mix in the chicken broth, chicken and white beans. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the mixture from heat. Serve warm.

  2. The original recipe calls for an onion and a can of diced jalapenos. If you would like to add those, the cal content should still be low. I'm just not a fan of onions or too much heat.
