Walnut Cookie (made with -mostly- olive oil)

Recipe Ingredients for Cevizli Kurabiye

2/5 cup olive oil
1/2 cup powder sugar
30 g walnut
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 cup white whole wheat flour

Recipe Directions for Cevizli Kurabiye

  1. Mix olive oil, butter and egg. (Do not have to whisk it.)

  2. Add sugar and mix.

  3. Add walnut and mix.

  4. Then, add cinnamon, baking powder and the flour. Mix.

  5. Make the cookies and place on the baking sheet and put the tray in heated oven (380-390F or 190C) for about 10-11 minutes. Never more than 15 minutes. It DOES burn.
