Recipe Ingredients for Ceviche Variation

8 oz. shrimp
8 oz. imitation crab meat
190 grams lime juice
2 large tomatoes
1 green onion
1 oz. cilantro
12 oz. tomato juice
1 oz. jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Ceviche Variation

  1. Place lime juice in a glassware or pyrex dish.

  2. Add the finely diced onion and then the cooked shrimp and crab meat.

  3. Cover the dish and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.

  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir and season to taste (I prefer Morton's Nature Seasoning).
