2 pounds fish fillets
1 pound tomatoes
2 onions
2 cucumbers
1 pound lemon juice
1 avocado (optional)

Recipe Directions for Ceviche

  1. Chop the fish and add the lemon juice, keep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour

  2. Meanwhile dice the vegetables and add to the fish let it stand for anothe hour, serve whith tostadas
