Recipe Ingredients for Ceviche

6 oz Sushi, Octopus
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
12 oz Snapper
6 oz Large Shrimp, raw
6 oz Scallops
6 oz Octopus
4 oz Juice
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
1.764 oz Cilantro
0.4 cup Parsley
1 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Ceviche

rinse & diced all fish & seafood - place aside. squeeze lime juice into glass or non-reactive bowl. add shrimp, scallops & octopus into lime - stir. chop parsley, cilantro, jalapeņo, red bell pepper & mince garlic in separate bowl. add black pepper. after 10 minutes, add snapper to other seafood in bowl - gently fold - place into refrigerator for 1 hour. drain juice, then add pepper/herb mixture. gently stir - transfer into chilled martini glasses & add extra cilantro or sriracha as garnish (to taste)
