Recipe Ingredients for Ceviche

4 oz shrimp
4 oz scallop
5 oz cod
1 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup green bell peppers, diced
3/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp Adobo
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp lime zest

Recipe Directions for Ceviche

  1. dice all ingredients

  2. mix all ingredients together and allow to marinate for at least a day

  3. serve with tortilla chips!
