Recipe Ingredients for ceviche

3 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
1 serving 100% Lemon Juice
1 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
2 slice, thin/small Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 slices Cucumbers Sliced

Recipe Directions for ceviche

Cut the fish into small pieces, mix with the lemon juice for a couple of hours or until the fish feels cooked. Can be served with a leaf lettuce and 2 slices of tomato as ornament. If it tastes too acid you can put a little bit of soda like ginger ale.
