this is a very popular mexican seafood dish,very easy to prepare and very tasty.serve with avocado slices on top of tostadas.

Recipe Ingredients for ceviche

4 whitefish fillets,minced
2 tomatoes,diced
2 peppers,jalapeno raw,diced
1 onion,minced
1 cup cilantro,minced
1 tbls salt
1 tsp pepper
4 cups lime juice

Recipe Directions for ceviche

  1. cut up fish fillets very fine

  2. dice tomatos,onion,jalapeno,and cilantro

  3. mix fish and veggies in a large bowl

  4. add salt and pepper

  5. add lime

  6. put in fridge and let sit for 4 hours the lime juice cooks the fish you can adjust spices to taste
