Recipe Ingredients for Ceviche

2 (lbs) shrimp
4 tomatoes
1/2 onion
4 cups lime juice
1 cup cilantro
3 cups cucumber
2 tsp salt
3 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Ceviche

  1. Squezze 4 cups of lime juice

  2. Peel, devain, and chop shrimp then add to lime juice

  3. Chop onion very fine and add to lime juice with shrimp

  4. Add all seasoning to mixture, stir

  5. Place shrimp, onion mixture the fridge for 20 minutes or until shrimp turns pink

  6. Chop all other ingredients (cilantro, tomoato, cucumber)

  7. Add veggies once shrimp is cooked, stir...

  8. Serve on top of tostadas
