Recipe Ingredients for cevice

1 pound boiled shrimp
1 pound boiled scallop
1 cup cilantro
1 cup diced red onion
2 large avocado
2 cups lemon juice
1 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons kosher salt

Recipe Directions for cevice

  1. bring water to boil ad 1/2 lemon

  2. boil shrimp until it turns pick (less is best)drain and cool under cold water

  3. boil scallops the same

  4. in BIG bowl mix all ingredents, chill and serve
