Recipe Ingredients for cereal for snacking

1/2 cup Tofu, Okara
20 g vinegar
10 g wheat germ
15 g oats
10 g soy flour
20 g buckwheat flour
15 g wheat gluten
5 g couscous
60 g soymilk
10 g splenda
2 g baking soda
2 g cinnamon
1 g cloves
1 g nutmeg
1 g salt

Recipe Directions for cereal for snacking

  1. mix em all together

  2. add some salt

  3. add 1/2t baking soda

  4. bake at 350 for 30 min, break up, bake at 250 for a while

  5. (Cut This a bit!!)
