I Tried to lessen calories by adding cereal to mix. Crisp, nutty, and sweet. Perfect on top of yogurt, cereals and oatmeal :) Can be used on top of yogurt parfaits for the ultimate breakfast/dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Cereal Granola

2 cups Oatmeal
2/3 cups Cheerios
1/3 cup Fiber One Cereal
1/4 cup Walnut pieces
3 tsp Brown Sugar
8 dried Apricots (chopped)
1/2 cup Sugar Free Syrup
1 tbs Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Cereal Granola

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

  2. 1. Mix first 6 dry ingredients in a large bowl, stirring everything together.

  3. 2. Mix all remaining wet ingredients together and then combine with dry ingredients, making sure that everything is coated in syrup.

  4. 3. Spray baking tray with butter spray and spread Granola evenly on tray, making sure that there is an even, thin layer covering the surface.

  5. 4. Place tray in oven and check granola every 7-10 min, flipping if not evenly cooked.
