Use any cereal in place of the oatmeal

Recipe Ingredients for Cereal Breakfast bars

6 cups Oatmeal
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Cereal Breakfast bars

  1. combine milk, corn syrup and brown sugar in saucepan and heat until boiling

  2. remove from heat and add peanut butter, stirring until smooth

  3. add cereal and mix to coat

  4. press in 9 x 13 pan.

  5. cool and cut into 18 bars.

  6. Keep refrigerated
