Oats and fruit breakfast muffin/bites

Recipe Ingredients for Cereal Bites

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Dried Cranberries
4 tbsp SoyNut Butter
1/2 cup, chopped Pecans
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 cup dry Quick Oats

Recipe Directions for Cereal Bites

Preheat oven to 350 F. In a food processor, coarsely chop nuts and dried fruits. In medium size bowl, mash bananas. Add SoyNut Butter until a paste forms. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Spoon into lightly greased muffin cups (I sprayed with Pam) and bake for 15 minutes. Can be stored in refrigerator for 5 days.
