1/2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1/4 cup Cream Of Wheat, Instant, Dry
5 tbsp Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup Chopped Walnuts
1 fruit (2-5/8" dia) Oranges
1/2 cup, halves Strawberries
1/4 cup Craisins, Cherry Flavor Sweetened Dried Cranberries
