Recipe Ingredients for Celery Yum

8 cup, diced Celery
2 Apple Apples
2 cup Pineapple Chunks in Its Own Juice
1/4 cup Slivered Almonds
3 medium Tomatillos

Recipe Directions for Celery Yum

grate approx 2 bunches celery and tomatillos in food processor by pulsing lightly. Place in colander to drain and sprinkle lemon juice over. Chop apples and toss into celery with almonds. finally drain full can of pineaple over all and let juice drain. Toss again and refrigerate overnight before serving. Other fruits such as pears, kiwis, craisins or raisins may be used in place of apples.
