Recipe Ingredients for Celery Soup

216 grams potato
274 grams celery
175 grams onion
10 grams stock cube
1 1/2 pints water
1/2 pints skim milk
2 grams dried herbs

Recipe Directions for Celery Soup

  1. Chop the vegetables

  2. Put in a pan with the herbs, water and stock cube

  3. Bring to the boil and then simmer for about 18 mins or until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Liquidise

  5. Add milk and reheat to serve

  6. Yum YUm
