Home made low calorie vegetable soup

Recipe Ingredients for Celery Soup

140 gram onions
345 gram celery
270 gram potato
10 gram stock cube
2 gram dried mixed herbs
300 ml skimmed milk
500 ml water

Recipe Directions for Celery Soup

  1. Chop all the vegetables

  2. Add to a pan with the water and stock cube

  3. Bring to boil and simmer for approx 20 mins until all the vegetables are soft

  4. Liquidse

  5. Return to the pan with the skimmed milk and re-heat to serve
