Recipe Ingredients for Celery Relish

1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 cup, strips Celery
1 cup, chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Celery Relish

  1. Cook the tomatoes, celery and onions covered until very tender and quite thick.

  2. When almost done, add the salt.

  3. Add the lemon juice at the very last
