125 g celery stalks, thinly sliced
60 g green olives,
3 tbsp capers, rinsed
70 g raisins,
1 1/2 tbsp vinegar,
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
15 g flat leaf parsley

Stir together. It should be sweet to the taste. Leave to sit for at least 15min.
